Caring is good when it helps us connect and understand others. But if we care too much, it can become a problem. When caring becomes an obsession, it means we’re overly focused on other people’s happiness, forgetting about our own needs.

This can make us feel tired and stressed because we’re always worried about others and not taking care of ourselves.

Obsessive caring might also make people dependent on us, as if they can’t handle things on their own.

Healthy relationships need a balance – we care, but we also give space for others to grow independently.

Too much caring can lead to feeling overwhelmed and tired, affecting our mental and emotional well-being. So, it’s important to care in a balanced way, considering both others and ourselves.
