Why is there a problem of cerebral palsy?

There can be many reasons for cerebral palsy, but the biggest and most important reason is not getting the right amount of oxygen to the baby in the womb during pregnancy. Apart from this, these reasons are also responsible:-

Gene mutation, which causes abnormal development of the brain.

Jaundice problem in the child.

– Brain infections such as encephalitis and meningitis.

Serious head injury due to an accident or fall.

Symptoms of Cerebral Palsy

The symptoms of cerebral palsy can be different in different children or individuals. In some cases they affect only one or two organs and in some cases the whole body. Usually, the problem that is most commonly seen due to this is problems in physical and intellectual development along with problems in walking, speaking, eating.

– Stiffness or too much flexibility in the muscles.

– Lack of muscle coordination.

– Tremors.

– Keep saliva flowing from the mouth all the time and not swallowing food properly.

– Not functioning properly on one side of the body.

Seizures, intellectual disability and blindness etc.
