1 tsp Chironji, 1 tbsp Ghee, 1 tsp Sesame, Pind dates, 4 figs, 1 tsp Dry coconut, Groundnut, 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Method to make Modak:
First, soak the dates and figs for an hour. Prepare all the dry fruits and grind them in a grinder. Now in a pan, roast some ground nuts and seeds along with dry coconut. Grind-soaked dates and figs. Now add ghee to the pan on low flame, add the paste and let it turn until the color becomes deep. Add dry fruits to the paste and mix. Lastly, add cardamom powder if you like. Now with the help of mold, we can prepare modak.

3 sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp ghee, saffron strands, 1/4 tbsp cardamom, finely chopped, 3/4 cup low-fat milk
How to make Halwa
For this, clean the sweet potato and cook it with the help of a pressure cooker, peel the potato and keep it aside. Heat some oil in a pan and fry potatoes in it for 2 minutes, now add a cup of water and cardamom powder, now let it cook. In the end, you can consume it by adding some dry fruits and saffron.
